I was guilty once of estimating the total outstanding shares to be in excess of 40 million. This was, in my mind, an inexcusable mistake, since all I had to do was call the transfer agent and ask. I think you, Cliff, are making the same mistake I did. You are asking insinuating questions without doing the research to either support or refute the insinuation. Kevin
