Certainly the US has the capability to blow Libya's oil fields off the map, but doing it is another thing altogether. Why now, when we did not do it during any of the flair-ups over the past couple of decades? You don't really think that will happen, do you? -- unless you subscribe to the theory that Clinton will declare war on the world to divert attention from his sex life.
