Hey, I agree totally, I was only directing you to where action IS being taken to organize. I don't see any action on this thread. All shareholders will be a part of any class action suit; but to reach that end we are contacting government officials and newspapers. If you haven't already, you can fill out a complaint form with the Attorney General's office: oag.state.tx.us And include a copy of this summary with your brokerage receipts: ragingbull.com This is primarily to stir up reaction in gov't and press to proceed with legal pressure on the company and or shell to produce a viable company from the ashes of MTEI. This is our best bet, although recovery through attaching assets of the former company and mgt. is the next (although less attractive) alternative. The bottom line being that there is more to gain from a viable company than splitting up what few assets we can salvage from the remnants. Regards,
