Thanks for confirming for us that you have indeed been hyping the stock in a negative way to cause a drop in the stock price, and for your own financial gain. In my opinion, we all know where the alleged stock fraud is. And Bill, just because you have made money with your alleged short scheme doesn't make it ethically right.

As for those who have closed their positions and lost money on TAVA, I would direct them to your post and many others like that one and suggest that they consult with an attorney that does class action lawsuits, and determine if they can sue you and your cohorts in your alleged short stock promotion scheme. Perhaps they can join with the company in a class action lawsuit.

Bill,

Do you think TAVA has just come down with all the rest of the Russell 2000 stocks? Claudia Mott, Prudential's small cap guru, reported that nearly half of the companies in the Russell 2000 are down over 30% from their yearly highs, 1 in 3 were off by 40% or more, and one in five had been off by 50% or more. Could it be that TAVA is merely suffering from the same ailments that are affecting the small cap market as a whole? I do agree that TAVA got a little ahead of itself early this year, but to call the company a fraud? Seems a little harsh. Eh? I'd appreciate your opinion. Thanks
