BOB; <OT> I think the CIA has no other choice but to say what they
are saying now that it's a done deal. If it was or wasn't a VX gas
plant, getting overwhelming conclusive evidence before hand should
have been seen as crucial, at least to present to the world
a case stronger than some supposed soil samples.

This was shabby by any standards , and has likely done far more
harm than good. I could see going after the terrorist but the way
this operation came off shows clearly it was irresponsible.

I've had some doubts about the CIA for some time, and just what
drummer they are marching to. To many of their operations and
and much of their information over the years has turned out to be misleading, some ex CIA agents even admit to this.

We seem to have come to depend on an organization that has it's
own extremist agenda and can justify anything to carry it out.

I recently read a training manual they printed and it read like
it was taken right out of Mein Kampf. The CIA is losing
credibility fast , and they should be aware of that. No better
than this strike was planed it almost seems they are inviting
the terrorist to strike at us to have an excuse to do some
witch hunting of their own kind. At any rate by my standards
the raid had no follow through plan and it was a dismal
failure. We just made more problems both abroad and at home.

At first I signed onto to this hit the terrorist were it hurts,
even before the strike but I should have known the wimp would
mess it up.
