<<<Doubt it would be politically feasible though.>>>

It's time to put up or shut up.

<<<1 How would this help stop terrorism?>>>

Well, the threat of death does wonders.

<<<2Has kuwait asked for troops?Would they accept them?>>>

Kuwait has a choice, help us in our goal or start learning the Iraqi national anthem.

3Unilateraly?

They would be there as a threat to those countries that back terrorists as well as calming the Kuwaitis after the latest UN-US/Iraq fiasco.

<<<4UN would never buy it.Further more ,food and medical supplies? Might get the Muslim world and their much needed oil really pissed at us.Interesting food for thought though.>>>

The Middle East knows that the world for them is becoming a dangerous place. They might not be so quick turning their backs on us. If the UN countries don't buy it then we cut off all foreign aid to terrorist countries.
