I was just wondering whether your initial comments were your opinions, or based on some discussion with management.

The way you wrote them, they sounded like facts.

Based on your second post, it's clear they are your opinions. I agree with your argument that the stock seems undervalued, so its likely that if management's primary goal is shareholder value then they won't use BELFB for acquisitions. Still, who knows?

I spoke with management after the split, and the person I spoke with indicated they split the shares to use BELFB to make acquisitions. We'll see. A press release about an acquisition with no financial details seems sort of odd to me.
