The Noesis joke is getting a little stretched

Being the eccentric that figures that oil has a good chance of going along with the OPEC plan and reaching $17/barrel Brent by the end of September, I have to post this.

Take a look at the current Noesis forecast:

oil-gasoline.com

The third graph down shows the 1998 Crude Price Forecast with the red Brent line dropping at about a 30 degree angle from about $12/barrel at the end of July down to $11/barrel at the end of August - on its way to $9/barrel by Nov-Dec. With one week left in August, the last time I checked Brent was $12.55/barrel and Noesis is forecasting $11.00.

Feel free to laugh at my predictions, but just for fun put your own numbers on the line. The end of September is only a month away.

Best of luck,

Steve
