I didn't mean to give any inference that those small companies were being used to take assets from Igen. I noticed them early, and have watched and seen no hint of that. It is neither necessary nor likely that the POC would be tied to settlement. But Lehman is in the deal and has brought things to the point of this meeting. Let's say that I think the meeting would be unlikely if Sam were adamantly opposed to Roche as a potential POC partner, on some basis that they could live with. And I am sure none of us think Roche could ever become a POC partner with this suit pending.
