Edward, what amazes me is why Coherent or someone else does not scoop up the company at this time. They would be much better off in the hands of a different management group. Do you know any of the reasons behind the recent management changes?

Looking at buying again. What are the chances of bankruptcy? How do you see them increasing their earnings and revenues? Can one trust M after what we have seen in the last 6 months- firings, trips abroad, " reorganizations", write offs, excuses.......
