Joe, As a general rule, do most stay away from Canadian companies? I have been watching AGCR for a couple of weeks which is a Canadian company trading OTC. Thanks in advance.

Hey Joe, what say you and I buy out IDCN for 0.40/share. Here's the deal for you and all IDCN shareholders to consider; Provided 80% of shareholders agree, each share of IDCN will be exchanged for 1 convertible preferred share in XYZ corporation. Each convertible preferred share is redeemable for 4 common shares of XYZ on Sept 1 2002. XYZ is currently trading at 0.10/share, so the buyout is valued at 0.40/share. Good deal?
