Doing a little more DD on Masterton, as previously stated he used the pseudonym Thomas Luke on two occasions other than the original publishing of The Hell Candidate in 1988: Phobia, published in 1980 and The Heirloom, published in 1982.

BTW, Michael, it appears you are taking on quite an analytical project. The variables would certainly make the task monumental. But if it works...wow! Thanks for sharing your insight. Good luck.
