Secondary offering for WINS. 5Mln Shares sold, 2.5 from shareholders, 2.5 from company. Price to be determined, they filed a registration today. This can levy pressure on the price (now is 25,5 / 26.25), I think of a new target at 20? REXI sees a bounce at 22 pre-open. Christian

All, does anybody have any ideas why MENS is getting whacked today. They reported earnings in line with expectations, and had same store sales increases of 15.8%, hardly any debt and large insider ownership. Negative are large insider selling about a month ago in the 20 range. What am I missing what is wrong with the stock. Comments appreciated Thanks, Rory
