Ike, Please help me out here. The Russian ruble is sinking like a stone as I write this. The restructuring plan they announced today indicated that they will be repaying their debt with 75% rubles and will lengthen the repayment period at unattractive interest rates to investors. Yeltsin is an old drunk who is obviously losing his grip on a situation about which he understands little. The situation seems ominous for the world's financial markets. Ike, as usual I need for you to help get my head straight. Thanks and best regards. Franco
