Based on the price action over the last several weeks it certainly seems as if someone might have known something. I had been holding because there was no material news obvious...and Christine Noel had told me that several weeks ago. While it certainly is possible that was the case I find it hard to believe that these issues cropped up so suddenly!

At any rate, now there are material issues! I ended up selling 1/2 of my holding on Fri at 15 5/16 because I smelled trouble with the Venezuelan economy issue hitting the news. I sold the rest Monday, unfortunately at 10 :> ( Wish I had sold it all Fri.

I may be wrong about having sold and will certainly feel that I missed out if there is a buyout as rumored on the Yahoo board. Nonetheless, at this point, I feel there are better places for the cash.

Greg, I will check into the board to read posts as I have always found yours very informative and will be curious as to how things go for SGR from here.

Howard

Well I paid too much but the fact that I had to sell 1/3 of
my CSCO position at $103 makes the deal slightly positive.
