Not sure but most companies I'm looking at are set to open higher. Looks like a pop in the broad market.

No. But I think investors have been beat up with small cap stocks. People will be looking for blue chips, now that the market is ready to climb again. CSCO and DELL are two of the best to pick up.

Part of the reason could be the upcoming stock split. CSCO has historically gone up after an announcement of a split. People sitting on the side lines or wanting to add to their positions want to pick up 'cheap' shares--the assumption its better to buy before the split than right after.
