Richard,

I seriously doubt that a holder of free trading shares is presently trying to move the market down to buy restricted stock at a lower price. He would be taking a chance that at any moment as he was losing his shares the market could turn on him and he would have to buy 144 stock at a higher price ( even if it was available). Whoever was dumping in the last few days would be gambling that he could replace his position. Jensen does not issue 144 stock to any and all takers. He discriminates.

I think your theory is risky. IMO he is an uninformed seller(s) who hates GPGI, is frustrated, feels betrayed and actually, if you really want to know what I think, is vindictive. The recent dumping we have seen is irrational and retaliatory. Fortunately it will do him no good and merely offers a last minute buying opportunity before the shares take off.

Zeev, I stand corrected. The inquart is used in the smelt.

Regards, Ed
