If news comes out this afternoon before 1 or 2 pm, I definitely think so. Remember there was no news and we went from .026 to .039 last time.
It really looks good!

From a TA perspective if this "flag" formation holds, which will be confirmed by a close over .036, there exists the outside possibility of seeing .050 or better. We've got to have volume on the upside.

Remember, too, that the most recent closing high was just a smidgen above at .039.
