Could be some good news for OSIS. A conference is scheduled for 9/17/98 which will bring together 50 small caps and between 150 and 200 institutional investors. The companies listed below stand out in the field of small caps. The conference Thursday may not generate immediate response. Investors will be examining a wide variety of small cap companies. I believe they will be focusing on product. The best overall product presentation / marketability will gain the largest share of institutional investment. A good indication of success will be when coverage is initiated by an institutional investor. This will take several weeks if not months to occur. Timing for a conference of this nature is good. I have examined 50 companies that will be attending. All fifty have experienced 30% to 50% corrections in the past few months. Financially only a few look to compete with OSIS. The following company's have P/E, EPS, Q Earnings and growth rates that are very respectful when compared to OSIS. (BARR, EXPO, HSI, ITSW, INVN, VII, VVID) The institutional investor is already aware of the estimated growth, past earnings and the financial status of the companies seeking investors. I believe the company obtaining the largest institutional investment will be the company which can convince the institutional investor that there is a large demand for their specific product.
