HI Bob; Well I'll just stay with the idea that they expect the
market to be up, or at least good. The just long enough part is
not likely in the plan. I suspect they hashed over many reasons
and considered many wishes, before they even formulated plan A.

Money to them could mean a lot of things, but key to some of
their thinking is "time is money" I know when we bought oil
we didn't just sit on it because the boss thought oil would
be going higher later, nor did he sell it to the first bidder
just because he thought it was going down, a lot was based on
how fast could we get to where we could get another load.
The principles at Goldman might just want to get their hands
on some personal cash as they see some things they think will
MO MO on up and want to invest in. Some may want to retire,
but I don't think from were I'm at I can read in that they
are motivated because they think that will be the market top.
If that plays a part I bet it's a small one.
