Eric, I have wondered the same thing. I also wrote a lengthy note to the SEC, but that's like pissing in the ocean. I really have to see them get away with it, but what can you do?

I agree, they are the real villain here. Not only with UMSI, but with many stocks. If you go to their web site and see their "past performers" you will find they remove those that do poorly.
