4/29/98 Financial Intranet, Inc. Signs Letter Of Intent To Acquire International Data Broadcasting, Inc. So what's taking this acquisition 4 months to complete? Isn't Josephberg Grosz & Co going to finance this acquisition or are they going to have to issue even more shares to complete the acquisition? I know sometimes deals can take a little time but after 4 months you would think they could have reached an agreement by now. But judging from the past FNTN has been less than expedient producing.
