Gary, #1 you're wrong this time. #2 you were drug back into this room, because you made a host of unqualified remarks that were inaccurate and unsubstantiated. You did not come here seeking answers, and your suggestion that you did is insulting to our intelligence. We gave you the answer, and that was that the barrier to entry obviously exists, otherwise DELL's competitors would be knocking their door down. You yourself said that it is apparent that the only reasonable challenge to DELL can come from an existing player. To that, numerous people responded that the barrier to those companies entering the direct market were fundamentally cultural within those companies. You said that was inaccurate, yet you can't tell us why they haven't moved into the direct markets, even though you claim it to be such an easy transition. You don't want answers. You never were interested in investing in DELL. I bet the real reason that you're over here is that someone pointed out the fact that DELL has consistently outperformed your precious CSCO. Well too bad for you. I own CSCO, too, and I'm happier to have owned DELL. If you want to move off of this thread, then do so. Go away, and quit posting. You won't have to worry about anymore posts. Your problem is that you have to have the last word, even if you're wrong. LoD
