I, too, expect a halt for approval in Sept. for Meningo. but remember it doesn't mean it HAS to happen. I did buy more shares today. One thing for sure I SURE DO LIKE THE PRICE. Going lower in price would make me even happier. This is where your buying at intervals comes into play and is the most powerful tool a long term investor has in my opinion.

I hope Jim is right also - getting REALLY painful looking at the ole portfolio every night!

I would think that the shorts would start covering their positions before the September DSMB. More than likely the trial will continue; however, if I had shorted XOMA and made a nice profit why gamble?

Then again, tax loss selling is right around the corner.
