So you are faulting SUNCOM for not burning it's bridges?
It seems to me to be good business to be able to emerge from a adversarial situations with relations intact. Would you rather not be able to do business with Becker? It also seems to me he's a pretty important guy and has his hands in a lot of pies.

Afterall if people didn't make up after fighting about money how many of us would still be married?
