OTOTOTOT: That's more complicated than I've heard before. Don't they just sell the right to collect on an account at a discount to face? Also, wouldn't you only factor A/R you thought you wouldn't collect in a timely fashion (if at all) and not accounts that are not even due yet (unless you're truly desperate for cash)? There is a debate raging on this very subject over on the TLC thread, by the way. Confusion over this issue has sliced about 25% off TLC in the last few days. Rich
