More from Deb Obrien after I confronted her further (and for the last time, based on her displeasure with me):

Once again the problem with emails is it is difficult to read the tone of the poster. Because I used the word "information" honestly from one word alone you think I am not being honest???

I stated in my last email your information was forward to the appropriate people if action has not been quick enough for you I apologize. If you would like to see the "real" FOIA it is public information. Not the one that has been altered.

I stated to you before yes, the grables owned a company called Lintronics and then sold it to a group in Tampa who in turn got into trouble from the FDA but the GRABLEs were not involved at that time. Yes Mr, Grable owned the lintro scan and it is transillumination which is still being widely used in China-the FDA however will not allow it to be used here in the US based on the group in tampa. The point is however that Lintronics has NOTHING to do with IMDS. IMDS is not only ran by the GRABLEs another Founder ALLAN SChwartz and 37 other employees are involved with this endevor.

I believe that the emails should end and you should phone the office so that you may have the correct information and not the bits and peices you are learning on the internet.

Did you ever question where this information came from-did you ever question whether or not the individual was actually a shareholder. Did ever question whether or not this Abraham infact is the persons real name? Or were you so quick to find a reason to blame the company for your investment decision. Why would someone go through all the trouble of cutting and pasting onlly peices of a documentation and alter some of the paragraphs.

And finally would we honestly be having this conversation if the Company's stock was trading in the 3 dollar range-I think not.

I just dont see how all of this misleading information can be good anyone of US shareholders.

One more thing lets keep this professional not personal-I am a dessiminator of information -this information is given to me -I release it when it is permitted and I am governed by certain rules and regulations from the SEC. I too am a shareholder along with all my family and relatives around the US.

That ends her response to me. Incidentally, we WOULD be having this conversation if the stock were at $3 since I bought in over $4 based largely on the misrepresenations by IMDS of its NASDAQ status. But that is a different scandal.
