Good Ole Pat, Mr. Reverse Split, Mr. Dilution, The Deal Maker...

Wonder where that $460,000 in long term financing came from?

Just watch where he goes with his tire business, I believe his experience is in taking shareholder equity and dilution, not in operating a tire business. He is going to compete with National Tire and Battery (Sears), Discount Tire, Firestone, Goodyear and the other nationals with his total lack of experience.... and I am Donald Trump!
Keith, You need to chase this guy and hard for our money, every passing day he will get harder and harder to collect from. Its too bad he has the opportunity to put it to another group of shareholders.

Maybe you should find out who bought the placement and see if they would be willing to "make a deal" before any adjustments are made to the outstanding in the future. I thought there may have been an arrangement for the Reg "S" $$$ taken from us to be used to compensate the buyers of the Reg "S"...

My Thoughts!!! Robert
