Pete, nothing has really changed at SCTR. There is really no buyer or seller here as everyone is waiting for their quarterly report. I doubt the stock will move north of $31 or south of $28 until then after the report is out. Therefore, the spread is sky big. I scanned through the filing and it pertains to their merger with OmniAmerica. I did not read the detail but I don't think it is anything earth scattering. S&P tried to break above the 1110 resistence today but failed. If it breaks this resistence, we can have further, renewed strength in the overall market. So bears beware.
