FWIW its worth I believe their long term prospects are indeed good, in fact very good, but it is going to take time. Ross has two obstacles to overcome. The first is their own history. The street has been burned in the past and is going to want to see them prove they can provide consistent earnings. Second the small cap sector has gotten trashed recently. I suspect many small cap investors are maintaining a defensive posture.
