Have you heard anyone using WEBSTREET?

I read a pretty good article in Smartmoney Interactive about the latest ratings.

One thing that caught my eye was the 1000 share, $2 Nasdaq trades that are free.

I want to know that I can trade in DECIMAL form, since my Etrade account only does the 1/64th increment thing, and with pennies, that can kill me just as sure as a market order!

<EDIT> They do 128th increments, and only decimals over the phone, which will be charged at the 14.95 rate for pennies.
At $50, I think you can get Level II....

Anyone have any thoughts or experience with these guys? The reviews look pretty decent.
