Just thought I would post the email that I received from Admor yesterday regarding the general time frame for the acquisition: The process to close the acquisition is as follows. 1) NetGateway must file an S-4 with the SEC. 2) The SEC must approve NetGateways S-4 filing. 3) NetGateway makes a tender offer to the balance of the Admor Memory shareholders. 4) 90% of Admor shareholders accept the deal and it closes. The anticipated time frames are SEC approval early to middle December 98. Shareholder approval & close early to middle January 99. We are reviewing the possibility of an additional press release.
