Robert,
Some weeks ago you did a nice analysis of the potential effect of the actions of the convertible debt holders. Do you remember the period over which the stock price was to be averaged to determine the conversion price? Was it 50 days? (If this is what is going on, it would be nice to know how long they might ideally want to hold the price as close as possible to $4). Thanks. I am a long-time lurker and I enjoy your posts and point of view.

Robert:Hope your new P.C is alive and well. I would much appreciate your analysis regarding:

a: No of shares out with & without the Convertibles.
b: The reason for the price drop
c: The expected support level and basing time
d: The expected turnaround time frame.

I look forward to your reply. Thanks.
