I just got off the phone with the I. R. department for IDCN, I was inquiring about the announcement that was due out this week on the shareholders meeting to vote on the buyout. I spoke with a Mike Skerry, he claims he just got back into town and knows nothing other than the fact that the company is going to have to file for an extension of time to get the logistics on this meeting. He stated that I should call back later in the week. He could not tell me if there was going to be a news release or if we were going to receive a proxy in the mail. I called my broker and they have not received anything. It might be go if we called the I. R. group list in the news at the 1-888-number. It is a free phone call and the person sounds like he could be helpful.
