>So he mentions a DS3 is provisioned. Will the DS3 being used as upstream to the Internet or is this a private line?

CALL AND ASK. Do you ever do any of your own legwork?

>A quality intranet does not happen overnight I agree with you. It doesn't take a year either. Proprietary hardware and private lines between clients? That's about as archaic as it comes. With todays increased bandwidth and the up and coming VPN's you could acheive the same functionality with a lot less overhead. VPN's are here today.

Sounds great. Why don't you call the company and ask them why they made the hardware purchasing decisions that they did, and make your suggestions. Maybe they'll hire you. You apprear to have plenty of free time.

Cliff, you need a break man! Filling 144 to have a right to sell shares? Everybody does it for one, when (if) they actually sell shares - well even if they do, YHOO employees sold significant amount of shares sometime at the beginning of this year - so go figure.
Cliff, I do read your questions but I'm not sure if there are as relevant as you might think. I have worked for PictureTel years ago, working on the best video/audio/data conferencing systems in the world and what have I learned? Well, the technology was there but the users did not want it, since there was no real value to it. Now, FNTN is taking what's already out there, package it so the user sees value in it and sells it! Is it all the best in the world? I'm not sure and I don't care, I care more about can they link it with valuable information, find clients, established contracts...

Cliff, one more issue - technology: Microsoft initial OS (DOS, Win31) was technologicaly a piece of ..., let's just say not so good, but vision going after the right user at the right time... you get the idea.

First of all I want to apologize to the thread for even responding to this jerk but once again I could not resist.

There are plenty of reasons to buy into this stock right now.
ie... IDB aquisition, Starting up the Intranet service, experienced management and I could go on and on. But, I wont.

As far as the 144 filings, there have been minimal or no sales at all but everyone has the right to put dinner on there table. Even people that are potentially underpaid while the company is firing up.

JMO, I truly believe that we are seeing 144 filings for minimal amounts of shares right now because we all know that with the implementation of there business plan directly ahead of us. With the potential for several positive events for this company short term. This can create a spike in the price of fntn very quickly to over $10 per share and anyone who invests in micro caps knows this. Even people that file 144s.

In my opinion and with all of the positive events still in front of us, I think that the 144 FILINGS ARE THE BIGGEST REASON TO BUY AND HOLD SHARES RIGHT NOW FOR THE VERY REASONABLE PRICE OF JUST OVER $1.00 PER SHARE AND NO ONE FILING 144s RIGHT NOW IS GOING TO LET THERE SHARES GO CHEAP.

Sorry for wasting your time and mine even responding to Cliff and sorry for the unabashed hype.

Usually PEACEFUL
