Very hard to believe.... FAMH valued at about .80 would mean that SOSS (at 70 million shares) would be paying about $56 million for this company.

$56 million???? For a company that might have made $2 million last year (I've outlined how impossible that is, and why). A P/E of 28 on this sale? Ridiculous, even if true, given what's transpired over the past six months. That's not even counting the assumption of the IRS payments to Myriad, along with any other debt FAMH might have.

If true, SOSS would be paying (in my estimation) about ten times what this company is worth. Arif would deserve Executive of the Year honors if he could pull it off.

I couldn't find any release on "Insider"... I'd love to know the "sources" behind this report. could the "source" be Arif, eager to dump some stock? Easy to hide dumping on a high volume day...hmmmmm.... think about it.

It would be nice for the stockholders if it were true, but you can't keep such a secret on Wall Street. I think the stock would be trading at around .70 if there truly were an offer on the table. Insiders would be helping themselves to more shares through any back-door method they could find.

For the long-suffering FAMH holders, it would be nice if it were true. Good luck.

Sincerely,
L.E.

P.S. Who is "Alton Forthe"? Is this his first post to the board? And why did he label his post "something for fun"... wishing to avoid legal trouble?
