Yes, I see all that. This stock didn't bounce at all, did it.

It looks to me they may go bankrupt (too late for one of those wonderful convertables). I wouldn't go long - it's a real gamble. They may have some technology that is worth something, but the business isn't apparently worth a dime. I really expect someone is actually going to land in jail over this whole fiasco. The only reason the books would have been cooked that bad would be from some kind of criminal activity.

These scamsters should have had the ZITL pros teach them how to steal money (er I mean acquire investment capital) without getting caught.

Stocks can trade low for a long time before the company actually closes shop though.

CYBG - I played the bounce yesterday and got very little. Even if I had played it optimally, it only went from 1 1/2 to 2, showing that it didn't have much bounce in it at all. A dead cat indeed, and one with not a lot of elasticity. Stick a fork in this one.
