Optician1,

Are you sure you are no kidding?

Greatsino is ISO9002 while Uni Precision is ISO9001 (ISO9001 is better), Greatsino is only $44 million sales a year, Uni Precision was much more than that even Osicom bought it in 96 (I guess it was $60 or $70 million), Greatsino only has 900 workers, Uni precision has 1,200 or over, who is better? Of course it is Uni Precision because it has no asset, and it has nothing solid except a paper order of $90 million, so its value should be at least $90 million.

Why a $25 million market cap company can owe two fully owned subsidiaries, one is EN which valued at least $100 million by itself, now, we have another one UP which valued another $90 million? I think the next step is naturally talking about the spin off of Uni Precision, let us prepare for another reverse split.
