His mandate was to look for impeachable offenses, criminal or otherwise. He would, of course, need to report both types. I in no way implied, stated or otherwise led anyone to believe I felt he should have done differently than he did. Only that he is responsible for what he did.

Why do people have so much trouble understanding this point - am i being that unclear?
