I did the same thing, posted this message on Yahoo CMO message board. doubled my stake today at 2 1/2be10scoach (50/M/Wilkes-Barre, PA) Aug 25 1998 12:36PM EDTI have been a holder of CMO for over a year, got in primarily due to nice interest return. I have been really disappointed that the management team didn't forsee anything like this and lost quite a bit. Lawyers looking for a quick buck are scum IMHO. While i'm not as well versed in REITS as a lot of you are I doubled my stake today at 2 1/2, then saw it go to 2 3/8. how low can it go? are we looking at bankruptcy here? Is a merger or takeover something they should be looking at? JHS; Well looking back I can see I should have known the terrorist type ambulance chasers would jump all over this and had I been thinking I'd have waited longer before buying in. You can almost sense some collusion with the vultures in that management has not said a peep since the Lawyers started carpet bombing her with their sinister threats, or is management scared of these blow hards ? -------------------------- Either way I'm in for the ride, and if they steal it all, it's one fat tax right off. I'm not in any other dogs, and normally play the index, I just took a chance here, and I'v decided to go for broke rather than jump ship. Jim
