One does marvel at the suicidal behavior of OPEC and other oil-exporting countries, and the effect this has on the drillers and oil service stocks. I am afraid that I am like you, though generally when one has this feeling that there is no bottom, it's a sign that it is time to buy.

**OT** Russell 2000.

Clearly the Russell 2000 is in and has been in a bear market. The consensus seems to be that there is no reason to buy the small stocks since they can't go up until the big caps do so why even bother buying them. This logic keeps concentrating more and more money in an ever smaller group of stocks. (The new nifty fifty) It might take some time, but almost certainly the higher returns will be in the smaller caps.

<<There seems to be no buying interest whatsoever.>>

Why buy a Co. that has well over 50% chance to do Ch.11?
