Rich,

I'm not sure what the totals in your post tell us. I was under the impression that if the person does not sell 90 days after filing, the 144 is no longer valid and the person must file another 144. So, since none of the officers actually sold, the total for the 12 month period actually contains ?????? This is what I'm not sure you are trying to get at.
