Okay, I was asleep,(again) Rich's numbers were totals for the last 12 months. And, yes, they were 144's. No actual sales. If I'm right, sales have to be reported in a filing also. They have a certain amount of time in which to do the sales filing after the sale and I'm not sure how much time is allowed. It will show up on the Yahoo "insider" page marked with an (s) in place of the (144). We know then an actual sale has taken place. Don't see any as yet. Dan
