I think we are seeing some major league churning today in both COMS and ASND.I think we will start to see some CSCO money come into ASND and COMS in the next few weeks but I think today might be base building for next month. Not to say we might see a short term dip but I think the commitment money is building a base at 44-45. Major tug of war at ASND, smart money vs. Lewinsky money. This should be our springboard into the 60's by the end of next month. Alot of press on CSCO lately, super high visibility, everybody's favorite. CSCO commercials coming out (I still dont understand this strategy at all, maybe ASND will air some MAX TNT commercials on Monday Nite Football... "But wait that's not all, if you buy today we'll throw in SS7 for VOIP plus this handy dandy potato peeler"). This makes for some serious fuel for ASND and COMS. Havent heard anything ground shaking at COMS lately, actually since USRX. Dont care for the company that much or their CEO however they are huge , they make some pretty good stuff, and I think we are about to hear something BIG from these guys pretty soon. This sleeping giant has got to make a MAJOR move soon. ASND's whole deal is uncertainty. Mergers and 800 pound gorillas do not make for sound sleeping. But ASND keeps their cards very close to their chest. Competition hates that, high profile street guys hate it (Cramer, Kurlak types), but LARGE ISP's and carriers LOVE it!!! The AT&T's, BT's, MCI's of the world dont like rubbing reliable vendors' face in it (Lucent) so you're not going to hear alot of hoopla from the big boys over ASND. But if ASND plays their game, ASND is in the club, no two ways about it. If your gonna play with the big boys you gotta play by their rules. And the SRA deal is DEFINITELY THEIR GAME! Next month will be the ride of our lives! There is so much steam building on this, when it blows it will blow big. If you believe in Misunas, Ashby, and Ejabat, you're set for some Rolaids and Rolex's! These guys have as much guts as brains, and in this industry you better have both!!! Tomorrow the SOROS Fund speaks and believe me the street will listen! P.S. When does the SRA deal close? (Im being lazy.)
