DELL to open a manufacturing center in Brazil, Isn't that country about to devalue their currency? Why would you open a factory that is about to go into a big recession? Looks like DELL is expanding most agressively at exactly the top of the cycle in some areas (China too). In the past, this type of blunder, and lack of economic forsight, has ben very hard on share holders. I am sure the the Fear nothing Management team of DELL would never make such a mistake.
