Hi doug...

I am confident.

The company was required to wait 48 hours for dissemination of news before it could make purchases of its shares.

Today met that requirement, and Furman showed up as a buyer (though not the last two trading days, indicating that it is a near certainty that Cihra isn't putting clients into the stock), but only between the hours of 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM eastern time.

You will please note that a company repurchase can not be done within the first or last half hours of the trading day.

Have a good day.

Doug,

He is correct. The company bought them. I agree with his take. There has not been a buyer willing to take a print of six figures in several years.... my understanding of stock buyback rules(comes from memory, but I will double check) is the company may purchase any *block* trade(10,000 or more), but may only purchase up to 25% of the regular trading volume of non-block trades. They must also wait 30 minutes after the open, and must halt 30 minutes before the close. There are some other arcane rules but I won't bore you with them.

Doug,

I think we have to introduce what will from this point forward be referred to as the Noblesse rule...
*One must maintain a personal position in the stock to have the privilege of criticizing the management or any of its policies*

Noblesse,
we've got your take loud and clear...for those willing to continue to hold 'em lighten up big fellow...

All in favor say, "I".
