John, what do you make of SFE at 31 and change? Are we mired in the doldrums as it appears, or preparing for a breakout as it appears?

They may be delaying the offering due to poor market conditions.

I am gettig a sinking feeling that SFE is not going to complete three offerings this year. They will probably announce the third at the end of the year.
