Mr. Mitchell,
I see you and Ms. Shell can't find anything to attack AZNT about, so now you will try to create guilt by association. I see your interesting way of analyzing an AZNT long invesment. Ms. Shell feels FAMH was a poor investment, therefore, for some reason, AZNT is suspect.
You haven't enough knowledge of Dr. Lorrichio's work, so therefore, it is suspect too. May I ask you if you are aware what chemical engineers do? What a biochemist does? Are you aware why there are seedless oranges, seedless watermelons, etc.? Who are responsible for that?
Your group is so poor on diligence that you have resorted to desperate measures. You are now trying to create guilt by association. It is obvious you are all quite desperate, yet, you will be much more so quite soon. Have you called the MM Meyerson? What about Nite? What activity did Mr. Marcazzi have in the Market today? What did the Federal Judge find today?

Do you know if/when these patents were issued?

Apparently Dr. Loricchio holds 20+ patents but I presume also for fun as he was/is supposedly just a professor doing academic research and, if not for Sylver, would not be in business.

From their SEC filing:

3. No Patents. The Company has not applied for a patent for any of its products. Even if it does however, there can be no assurance that the patent application will be issued as a patent, or the issued patent will provide the Company with significant competitive advantages, or that challenges will not be instituted against the validity or enforceability of any patents owned by the
Company or, if instituted, that such challenges will not be successful. See "Item 1. Business."

Jeffrey, in looking at the business arrangements that Domingos Loricchio has with AZNT, I am not so sure he is just a simple professor, twiddling chromosomes in the rain forests of Brazil.

There is AZNT of which he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Then there is a very intimate deal, whereby Abracel (he's President) pays to Loripar, Inc the $8,000 per month for the licenses (along of course with the 5.6M shares of AZNT). These payments are of course guaranteed by AZNT.

Then by dangy, there's this other consulting Company RPD, LLC, a California consulting company, who's principal employee it seems is none other that Domingos Loricchio. Now RPD has an agreement to provide consulting to AZNT to the tune of $2,000 per day. They also can arrange to sell any of the marketing rights to any product licensed by AZNT. RPD, LLC of course gets a 15% rake off of any such arrangements. These deals look sweeter than sucking on a whole wad of Nature's Taste leaves. Fancy footwork for a researcher.
