I talked to someone at KI and they said they were waiting for final approval which is expected prior to October 1, 1998. The IPO should commence soon after.

I'm not sure what the timing is of the Potomac transaction and whether they are waiting for the IPO for funding or if they will fund by other means.

JP390, when someone at KAHI returns your call, could you find out more on Potomac?
