BWR:mr.Bengough bought 25000shares at 2.37 7-5-98 + 35000 at 2.00
28-5-98 total 110000 shares 28-5-98. As you can see insiders may
have not right timing when buying. Imagine us trying to find which
price is good. BWR was one of most trading today. Let stay on side
line as I said before. It's make 3 insiders that we know paying 2.00.
We will have time to buy before is going back to 2.37. Let see where
